Software your team runs on
Founders arrive with a feature list that needs a year and runway that lasts four months. We decide what the software has to do, write it down, fix the price, and build it properly.
- Agreed before we start
- Fixed price
- Scope to live
- 4-8 weeks
- Code in your repository
- Day one
What you get
A written scope, priced before we start
Scope, price and date in one document, agreed before any code exists. Anything added later is quoted separately.
Accounts, database and billing
User accounts with roles and permissions, a database designed around your data, and payments if you take them. Working on the day it goes live.
Built to grow without a rewrite
The architecture is chosen for where you are going. Adding a second customer type or a ten-thousandth user is a change to what already exists.
Yours from the first commit
Your repository, your infrastructure accounts, your data. No licence to keep paying and no part of it only we can access.
Who it's for
- Founders going from idea to first paying customers
- Teams replacing spreadsheets with a real tool
- Companies extending a system they already run
What it costs
Quoted once the scope is written down, and fixed from that point. Tell us what you need and the price and the date come back in writing.
Common questions
We already have code. Will you work with it?
Yes, and it's a lot of what we do. We read it first and tell you what's worth keeping. Taking over a working system usually costs you less than a rewrite, and we say so even though the rewrite would be the bigger invoice.
How can the price be fixed on something this open-ended?
We don't fix it until the scope is written. You get scope, price and timeline in one document before work starts. Anything you add later is quoted separately, not absorbed and billed at the end.
Who owns the code?
You do, in your repository, from the first commit. No licence to keep paying for, and no need to come back to us for the next change.
Let's build it.
Tell us what you need and we come back in writing with a price and a date.
