AI features that make it to production
Most AI prototypes never make it out of the demo. Getting one into production takes evaluation, guardrails, cost control and integration. We do that part.
- Agreed before we start
- Fixed price
- Shortest route to live
- 3 weeks
- Stays in your environment
- Your data
What you get
A feature inside your product
It ships inside the tool your people already use, with your login, your permissions and your design.
Answers with their sources attached
Search across your own documents, with the source shown beside every answer so anyone can check it in one click. Restricted records stay restricted.
Scored against your real cases
We build a test set from cases you have actually handled and score against it before launch and after every change.
Cost and latency agreed up front
A cost ceiling per answer and a response time budget, agreed before launch and monitored after it.
Who it's for
- Teams with an AI prototype that hasn't shipped
- Companies with documents nobody can search
- Products adding assistants, drafting or classification
What it costs
Quoted once the scope is written down, and fixed from that point. Tell us what you need and the price and the date come back in writing.
Common questions
Our data can't leave the company. Is that possible?
Yes. We can run models inside your own environment, or through a provider under a data processing agreement. Retrieval is built so restricted records stay where they are.
How do we know the answers are accurate?
We build a test set from your real cases and score against it before launch and after every change. If a model update makes results worse, you see it in the numbers before a customer does.
What if AI turns out to be the wrong tool?
We say so during scoping, before you spend the budget. A lot of what gets called an AI problem is a search problem or a forms problem, and those are cheaper and more reliable to build.
Let's build it.
